Suzanne received a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women's University in 1992, and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from the University of South Florida in 1982. She is Technique and Diplomat Certified in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, and the Team Leader for IPT's CranioSacral Therapy program. Suzanne has published many articles and case studies regarding using CST for treatment in a medical setting. In May, 2015 she presented at the Beyond the Dura CST Conference and has been a teaching assistant in many CST courses through the Upledger Institute over the years. In addition to CST, Suzanne is also trained in Visceral Manipulation and in Lymphatic Drainage and often integrates these techniques during CST treatments. She is also the recipient of the World CranioFacial Foundation's 2003 SMILE award, for her work with conjoined Egyptian twins Ahmed & Mohammed Ibrahim. Before entering pediatrics, Suzanne worked with patients in acute care and rehabilitation centers. Vicki has been a CranioSacral Therapist (CST) since 2004. She is Techniques Certified through the Upledger Institute and has received advanced training for practice in both pediatrics and the obstetric field. Vicki has been a massage therapist since 2002 and is a Certified Newborn Massage Instructor. She is a frequent teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute’s CST classes and loves teaching families massage techniques for their children. Vicki recently moved back into the Dallas/Ft. Worth area from California, where she had her private practice and was a Massage Instructor. Additionally she is a graduate from The Four Winds Society. Vicki is thrilled to be a part of the IPT team. She is available to teach both individual and group infant massage classes as well as provide CranioSacral Therapy for both adults and children. Her hobbies include paper arts such as Quilling and Origami and being with family.

Lydia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 1990. She is certified in Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing (SIPT), and has received training in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute in Florida. She is also certified in multiple therapeutic listening programs. Lydia worked with brain-injured adults before moving to Pediatrics. She enjoys yoga, skiing, camping, and boating. Lydia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to IPT, and her patients love her creative energy.

Jenna received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Furman University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. She discovered her love for working in pediatrics while volunteering for a physical therapy program on horseback (hippotherapy). Although Jenna has a background in working with patients of all ages and varying diagnoses, she is most passionate about motivating kids to become more successful and confident in all areas of their lives. She is certified in Interactive Metronome and is a provider for the Integrated Listening Systems (iLs). Jessica received a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from LSU-HSC in Shreveport in 2011, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from LSU — Baton Rouge in 2008. During her rotations involving a multitude of specialties, she developed a strong love for the unique world of pediatric therapy and has committed herself to being a “life long learner” as a pediatric OT. She is certified in Interactive Metronome and has received training in Handwriting Without Tears, Mary Benbow’s Neurokinesthetic Approach to Handwriting, and DIR Floortime. She is also a provider of Integrated Listening Systems (iLs), the SOS (Sequential-Oral-Sensory) Approach to Feeding, and has begun her certification in CranioSacral Therapy. Jessica enjoys cooking, running, crafts, and developing her gardening skills! Jessica is optimistic and passionate about her role as a pediatric occupational therapist. Melanie received a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2010, and a Bachelor’s of Science and Applied Exercise Physiology Degree from Texas A&M University in 2005. Melanie has had the joy of working exclusively in pediatrics in home health, hospital inpatient/outpatient, and outpatient facilities including treatment of developmental, oncology, sports medicine and orthopedic patients. She is currently pursuing certifications in the Interactive Metronome (IM) and V2FIT concussion rehabilitation. Outside of work she stays busy with her husband and two sons enjoying the outdoors, frequenting museums and spending time with extended family.

Glenda is a licensed Registered Massage Therapist who began practicing CranioSacral Therapy in 1996. She received training through the Upledger institute and is an experienced CST training assistant. In addition, Glenda brings numerous neuromuscular massage techniques to the table, and specializes in relieving back pain and stress. Before joining IPT, Glenda worked with special needs children in the public school system. She enjoys any activities with her children and grandchildren. Rachel has a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2015. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, concentrated in Motor Behavior, and a Psychology Minor from Texas A&M University. Rachel was drawn to children since a very young age; always babysitting, volunteering, and even co-founding a Mother’s Day Out program when she was 11 years old. She was first introduced to pediatric therapy after observing an in-home session for her younger cousin. Later she enjoyed volunteering for over 4 years at a local hippotherapy center, working with both adults and children. She completed her pediatric fieldwork training at IPT and was thrilled to become a member of the IPT family. Rachel has experience using the following modalities in her treatment sessions: Handwriting Without Tears, Interactive Metronome, Integrated Listening Systems, and Dynavision. Rachel strives to provide an individualized holistic treatment and plan of care and enjoys motivating her patients to reach their goals and become more successful in all aspects of their lives. Lisa received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 2010, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies from OU in 2008. She previously worked in adult orthopedics, early childhood intervention, and school based pediatric therapy. Known for her inquisitive nature, Lisa leaves no stone unturned when it comes to providing the best treatment for her patients. As a result, she is also the lead therapist for IPT’s physical therapy college intern program. She enjoys being with her family and sweet baby Grant, running, and taking care of her dogs and cats. Lisa is excited to be working in her dream profession and tries to give as much joy to her patients as they give to her.

Candice earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Memphis in 1999 and is currently working on her doctorate. She is trained in Neuro-Developmental Treatment, Sensory Integration and pediatric yoga. Candice is a Certified Clinical Instructor, Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner, Certified Interactive Metronome Provider and is also certified in the multiple therapeutic listening programs. She is experienced evaluating and fitting ankle-foot orthotics and has experience casting and correcting orthotic devices. Candice and her husband are involved with service to the community and also enjoy tennis, water sports, yoga, dance and travel. Candice has a true passion for pediatrics and believes in treating the individual child as a whole, striving to help each child reach his or her fullest potential.

Barbara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1989. Barbara is a gifted therapist with over 20 years experience in both hospital and outpatient settings. Besides working six days a week, she stays extremely busy as mom to three teenagers. Barbara is known for her incredible creativity and the ability to motivate her patients to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Brigitte received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 1981. She has completed extensive coursework in CranioSacral Therapy and is Technique certified from the Upledger Institute. In addition, Brigitte has been trained in Visceral Manipulation and often assists in teaching courses for the Upledger Institute. Brigitte has also received training in Bobath Pediatric Therapy Techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Feldenkrais Method, Spinal Mobilization, Graston IASTM and other therapeutic modalities. Having lived abroad in Australia and Germany, Brigitte has a unique perspective and passion to help each patient achieve their goals and live a healthier life. Bonnie has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Before coming to IPT, Bonnie had primarily worked with adults with neurological and vestibular impairments but her true love is in pediatrics. She is certified as a provider for The Listening Program, Interactive Metronome, and Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing (SIPT) Certified. She has also taken specialized courses in vestibular rehabilitation, pediatric behaviors, developmental motor assessments, orthotics and prosthetics, Brain Gym, and gait training. She loves being a wife and mom to two amazing boys and a precious little girl. She really enjoys working with children and believes that they bring so much light and fun into everyday.

Additionally, she has a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and did her undergraduate studies in Microbiology at Texas A & M University. For over 16 years, Harpreet has been passionate for working with children, in home, school, and clinic environments. Her previous experience included program director for an early intervention group program, providing supervision and mentorship to new therapists, and sharing knowledge with parents/educators through presentations. She enjoys working with children, their families, and educators to build more meaningful life skills. Jabeen earned a Master's of Business Administration from Warwick University in England in 1982, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Studies from London University, London England in 1980. She was a marketing consultant for Alcoa before following her true desire to work with children in private and public schools in the Dallas area. Jabeen is a gifted teacher and a certified Interactive Metronome (IM) provider. She is experienced in pediatric yoga, the Brain Gym learning program, and the Handwriting Without Tears program, which she incorporates into her treatments. In her free time she enjoys tennis, golf, yoga and travel. Her enthusiasm for sports is a particular asset when working with clients to enhance their sports performance using the IM program.

Alex comes to IPT with a strong physical and medical background having received his education and training while serving in the U.S. Army. For the past six and one-half years, he was a Combat Medic and Civil Affairs Medical Specialist. He is a certified Interactive Metronome trainer and Physical and Occupational Therapy Tech, bringing a new level of adventure to the children at IPT. Alex enjoys travel, water sports, and camping. Beth is a master scheduler and oversees the operations of IPT's clinic on the campus of the Shelton School. Beth was born and raised in Dallas, and previously taught preschool at the Ridgeview Presbyterian and Good Shepherd church schools in Dallas. She brings her experience as a teacher into her interactions at the Shelton School. Her hobbies include cycling, pilates, and spending time with her two teenage children. Thanks to Beth, there are seamless transitions between class and clinic in our busy Shelton program.

Plano Clinic Administrator
Beth joined IPT in 2015 as the Administrator in the Plano clinic. Beth is a natural “people person” and enjoys meeting and greeting the families in the Plano clinic everyday, assisting them with scheduling appointments and much more. Before joining our team, Beth held a variety of positions within several community organizations including PTA, Junior League and Service League, and Zorya Ukrainian Dance Ensemble. When her family lived in New Braunfels, Beth served on the City Council as the District 2 Representative. Early on in her career Beth was in sales and marketing for Marriott Corporation and was a marketing specialist for Carlson Companies in Plymouth Minnesota. Her administrative position at IPT gives her an opportunity to share her wonderful organizational and marketing skills. Beth and her physician husband, enjoy spending time with their three children; one son, a married daughter who is a special education teacher in New Braunfels, and another daughter who is currently in college.

Sara has been with IPT since 2002. Deemed the “scheduling angel” by the IPT team, she strives to make sure scheduling needs are met and the Dallas office runs smoothly. She attended Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas, and was a successful executive with Southwestern Bell, before joining IPT’s staff. She enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, collecting Sabino glass artwork, and playing with her active Chihuahuas, Mombo and Chico. When you come to the Dallas clinic, you’ll be greeted by Sara’s smiling face and friendly personality.
